ABOUT ME:

My Approach:

I’m a personal development and mindset coach for spiritual warriors and changemakers. You know that love must lead the way, and it begins with you. Perhaps you have been standing on the sidelines of your life and see it passing you by. Maybe you feel stuck in an area of your life and would love some support. Maybe you are tired of feeling like your worst enemy and biggest critic and know there is more to life than what you tell yourself.

You are ready to move forward and play a big game. To say YES to life, come what may. You see the value of bringing in a coach who can partner with you in turning your wisdom into action by taking small sweet steps to the life you know you are here for – A life of your choosing that centers around what matters most to you. You are ready to live a conscious life. No more playing small so you can feel safe and comfortable- Together, we get to transform discomfort. Let’s do this dang thing!”

As a self-love, recovery, and mindset coach, I create a brave space to gently observe your limiting beliefs and internal conversations that may be holding you back from taking action toward the life you want. What if all that was missing were some practical and powerful skills and the support to master them?

You can bring any topic to a coaching session. It’s all welcome here: purpose, Identity, Relationship, Vocation, Career, Life Transitions, Finances, Time Management, Competing Priorities, de [pendency or Substance Use Recovery].

My Experience:

I arrived in Seattle in 1997 and began my journey as an EMT serving King County and the 911 system.  From 2001 to 2010, my focus was on Pre-Hospital Medicine and a fast-paced environment, exposing me to both the medical and mental aspects of medicine.  In 2005, I also graduated from Seattle University with a B.S. in Psychology and an emphasis in counseling.  After graduating, I was a part-time EMT and also a case manager/SW for CPC.  I worked in an open facility for those who were dually diagnosed and needed full-time monitoring and counseling. After some time in residential, I moved my interests into outpatient and continued to work with those who had a dual diagnosis.  During this time, from 2007 - 2011, my main focus was on developmental disabilities and also co-occurring disorders. In 2010, I owned my own life coaching/counseling business, which again dealt with those with dual diagnosis and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.  Coming from a background of a medical family but also dealing with Mental Health diagnosis since I was fifteen, my philosophy and coaching developed into a style of understanding because I suffered from many of these mental ailments.  My report and ability to successfully coach and gain trustworthiness with my patients made me understand and realize I had reached my calling.

As life moved forward, I was blessed with a son at a later stage. I decided to add to my experience by working solely with the Aging and disability populations of the State of Washington.  I started as a Long Term Care case manager and quickly moved my way up to be a part of the management team for Long Term Care AAA in East King County.  Dedicating six years to establishing these contracts, I have learned my passion for individual coaching using my educational background and experiences that are so closely related to strong mental health and individual success, whether in a career path, mental health coaching and treatment options, or family and addiction coaching.

Let me be the first to say I have been there through education or personal experience. You can be successful in all parts of your life.  You have to be willing to understand that you are not alone and that there are all kinds of help for you or your loved ones.

Let's start this journey together!
